Jodie Foster: 

John Warnock Hinckley Jr. became obsessed with Jodie after watching the film Taxi Driver in which she played a child prostitute. He followed her round and even moved house to be closer to her. After numerous attempts to get her attention Hinckley attempted to assassinate then President Ronald Regan in 1981, mimicking the plot of “Taxi Driver.” Despite substantial evidence Hickley was found not guilty by reason of insanity.  

David Letterman: 

Margaret Ray repeatedly visited Letterman’s home and was once found asleep on his door step. She spent 10 months in prison and over a year in a mental institution, but unfortunately her life came to a tragic end when she committed suicide in 1998.

Halle Berry:

Halle’s stalker Greg Broussard believed that he and Halle were engaged to be married and would continuously follow her around. He was eventually ordered to remain at least 100 yards away from Halle at all times.  

Mel Gibson: 

Zack Sinclair claimed that God had given him a mission, that mission was to pray with Mel Gibson. He even, reportedly interrupted Mel while he was worshipping and insisted that the actor pray with him. Sinclair was convicted by a jury and ordered to serve three years in prison.

 

We all love a bitchfest especially when it involves some of out fave celebs.

We’re used to hearing certain female celebrities have a dig at their co-stars/fellow models/fellow breathing women. But we’re not used to a feud between two men especially not two as seemingly laid back as these two.

In a radio interview, Simon Pegg laid into Ricky Gervais. He said: “He says a lot of things, that man. He said there’d been no good British films since 1950. What an idiot. If you go to LA, you can get sucked into that. I’ve seen people go there and suddenly become rake-thin because there is a slight pressure on you to be thin. I’ve also seen a lot of fat people there.” He then added that Ricky was “one of the fat people in LA”. 

Ricky responded on his blog by writing: “Simon is not only one of my favourite British comic actors, but he is also quite astute, as according to my last medical, I am approximately 22lbs over my ideal weight.” Do i sense a bit of sarcasm there? Or is Ricky simply refusing to be drawn into a battle. Either way I’m pretty sure this isn’t the last we’ve heard of this.  

Famous girl feuds: 

Jodie Marsh v Jordan: 

While most of the nation cannot stand either of these two there is a small percentage who have a place in their heart for Jordan. Jodie doesn’t seem to get the hint though and continuously attempts to cause a stir (read as: gain a few column inches) wherever she goes. When going out in public wearing just a belt fails she tries that old trick of hers: slagging off miss Katie Price. First Jodie slammed Jordan for having surgically enhanced boobs and went on and on and on and on about how she was “keeping it real.” Jordan (never one to stay quiet) hit back at Jodie saying her nose looked like a “builders elbow.” Jodie continued to keep it real by err getting a boob job. She still continues to slate Jordan at every available opportunity, most recently saying “The public needs to realise Jordan’s a wrong ‘un and I’m the one that’s been right all along. People will realise it one day, even if it takes 20 years.”

Sienna Miller v Kate Moss:

These two got off to a bad start when Sienna started dating Jude Law, the ex husband of one of Kate’s BBF Sadie Frost. Things came to a head when post Jude Law Sienna begun dating Kate’s drinking buddy Rhys Ifans. Kate kept her jealousy to herself for a while before releasing her steam at a friend’s wedding where she reportedly ranted that Sienna was trying to steal her lifestyle and friends. It has also been reported that Kate warned Sienna that if she hurt Rhys she’d have her to deal with! Oops.

Lily Allen v Cheryl Cole:

Cheryl claimed to be “flattered” when Lily wrote the song, ‘Cheryl Tweedy’, which included a lyric about wanting to look just like the Girls Aloud star. However, a horrified Lily explained: “I don’t want to look like her. It’s tongue-in-check. It’s meant to be ironic.” Cheryl then branded Lily a “chick with a d***” Lily replied via her blog, saying: “I must say taking your clothes off, doing sexy dancing and marrying a rich footballer must be very gratifying. Your mother must be so proud. Stupid b****.” The two have apparently now put the feud behind them.

While i admire Agyness for her bravery when it comes to certain outfits e.g. the outfit to the right, i would never wear it. Not because i care what people think but because it’s disgusting. I like quirky but i do not like rank.

Agyness definitely has that something that puts her up there with Kate Moss, but Kate’s fashion sense in my opinion is much better. So why did Agyness make number one whereas Kate failed to even make the top ten?!

I’d go for Kate’s style over Agy’s anyday!

The latest Winehouse woe has seen her rushed to hospital, although her family and spokesperson are refusing to confirm what exactly is wrong with her it is being reported that she suffered an allergic reaction to some medication. Amy was diagnosed with the early stages of the lung condition emphysema after collapsing at her home last month. It has also been claimed that she is suffering from heart problems as a result of her drug abuse.

Amy’s Dad Mitch insists that the singer is fine, but this picture taken at the weekend and the latest hospital drama clearly show that she is not fine. And with Blake (incarcerated) not likely to be released from prison until Christmas and Amy still looking the worse for wear I can’t see the situation improving anytime soon. And what about when Blake (incarcerated) is finally released? Will that make Amy better or worse? She’ll probably be happy to have him back but will it be even more damaging for her health? Amy’s parents have made no secret of the fact that they feel Blake (incarcerated) is a bad influence on Amy and blame him for her severe drug addiction so expect fireworks upon his release.

I would say I hope this latest hospital trip is a wake up call for Amy, but I’m pretty sure she’ll be on another bender before the weekend.

David Beckham is definitely what I’d call handsome now, but before he was simply just “fit.” Becks is just one of a whole host of celeb heartthrobs who have got better with time.

Remember when George Clooney was on The Facts of Life? Well, he was kinda dorky. But by the time he appeared on ER, he was a total hunk.

And how about Justin Timberlake? I know he is only 27 but he has still come a long way. He went from a squeaky-clean big haired boyband member to a hot and classy performer and style king.

Take a look (and then pray that your boyfriend follows suit).

To be fair to her though individually the items are right on trend. Gladiator shoes and baggy trousers! But mixed with a cardigan from her Nan’s wardrobe and socks with those shoes the outfit just looks hideous! What would Posh say? All that training gone to waste.

Good photography though, tiny Tom looks taller than his wife for once. Perhaps they should get the picture framed. It would also serve as a reminder to Katie to never ever go out like that again!

I loved the TV show and while I didn’t think the film was amazing it was great to see the 4 girls on the big screen. But I think a follow up would ruin it. It’s a TV show, not a film, one film is enough! Quit while you’re ahead I say.

In other news; pictures of 15 year old singer and actress Miley Cyrus posing in the shower have appeared on internet forums this weekend. 

One picture apparently showed the teen wearing just a white T-shirt without any underwear.  

Children grow up so quickly these days. When I was 15 I enjoyed going bowling, to the cinema, a party every now and again. But I don’t ever recall taking sexual photographs or myself for my boyfriend… that was when I was 16, just kidding

The twins have been named Katie and Dave… ok not really, but wouldn’t that have been cool? In actual fact the boy has been named Knox Leon and the girl Vivienne Marcheline.

I’m not a fan of either name. Knox just reminds me of veteran Coronation Street Actress Barbara Knox. Is Knox supposed to be a first name? Perhaps Leon Knox would have been a better option. As for Vivienne Marcheline… in the words of Rachel from friends “Are we having an 89 year old?” Vivienne is perfectly normal, but i don’t know anyone below the age of 50 with that name.

To be fair though, when your parents are Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie you could be called ‘it’ and it wouldn’t matter. They’re never going to get bullied, they’re never going to be poor and they’re going to be drop dead gorgeous!

Why do celebrities feel the need to give their child a name that is not even a name? We all want to be original and unique but some parents are just damn right cruel when they name their kids!

Nevertheless the wacky names that celebs chose to give their children does supply us with some entertainment. Here are my top 20 favourite celebrity baby names:

20) Apple - Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin. If you’re going to name your child after a fruit I think Grape would have been a much better choice…

19) Zowie - Angela and David Bowie. Yep that’s right, Zowie Bowie. He later changed his name to Joe before settling on Duncan, can you blame him?!

18) Peaches – Paula Yates and Bob Geldof. Is it just me or have we heard this name so much now that it almost seems well normal?

17) Harlow Winter – Nicole Richie and Joel Madden. This name could be quite cute except whenever I think of Harlow I think of the rough town in Essex. Not so cute.

16) Blue Angel – Aislinn O’Sullivan and The Edge from U2. Can anyone with this name ever be taken seriously? Good job she’s the daughter of a celebrity because she’d never be taken seriously in a real job. Can you imagine “Blue Angel will see you now” or “Blue Angel will be performing this operation.”

15) Rocket - Elizabeth Avellan and Robert Rodriguez. They also have kids called Racer, Rebel, Rogue and Rhiannon. Lucky Rhiannon…

14) Bluebell Madonna – Geri Halliwell and Sacha Gervasi. This could really catch on. How about Daffodil Britney? Sunflower Whitney? Or even Snapdragon Cher?

13) Princess Tiaamii – Jordan and Peter Andre. With Jordan’s love of pink and anything girly we could see this coming a mile off, doesn’t mean it’s ok though.

12) Fifi Trixibell – Paula Yates and Bob Geldof. Why do two ordinary named humans – Paula and Bob – give their children such unordinary names?

11) Lark song – Mia Farrow and Andre Previn. The name Lark doesn’t even sound cute without the song bit on the end so god knows what went through Mia’s head when she named her daughter.

10) Tu - Debbon Ayer and Rob Morrow. This is great, the parents knew exactly what they were doing when they named their daughter Tu (Morrow). But what were they thinking?! It may have been a fun pun at first but the poor girl has to live with that name forever, or until she marries… hopefully to someone with the surname Day…

9) Sage Moonblood - Sasha Czack and Sylvester Stallone. Any name with the word ‘blood’ in it should never be considered as a possible name for your child.

8 ) Audio Science - Shannyn Sossamon and Dallas Clayton. This sounds like a character from something like Dexter’s Laboratory. That means it should definitely not be the name of a child.

7) Heavenly Hiraani Tiger Lily - Paula Yates and Michael Hutchence. Take the first 3 words from this away and the name is pretty good.

6) Moon unit - Adelaide Gail Sloatman and Frank Zappa. I have nothing to say about this name other than why?!

5) Diva Thin Muffin - Adelaide Gail Sloatman and Frank Zappa. Frank and his wife were clearly high on drugs when they named their children. Diva, we can almost forgive, but Thin Muffin? WTF?!

4) Jermajesty - Alejandra Oiaza and Jermaine Jackson. Who the hell names their kid Jermajesty?! You’d expect it from Michael, but not Jermaine, the so-called sensible one of the family.

3) Pilot Inspektor - Beth Riesgraf and Jason Lee. Jason named him after a song he heard by the band Grandaddy called “He’s Simple, He’s Dumb, He’s the Pilot”. If the man had just waited for eight more tracks on the same album he could have named him E. Knievel Interlude which is equally ridiculous but in a much cooler way.

2) Moxie Crime fighter - Emily and Penn Jillette. Nobody cares about middle names right? Fair enough, but that doesn’t explain the Moxie part…

1) Kyd - Tea Leoni and David Duchovny. Not the most kooky or downright ridiculous name but it’s my favourite because it’s just so simple yet so stupid.
